Assignment PPM recruit 10 Project Managers for the IS Division of a major pharmaceutical.
|
|
A well known pharmaceutical company needed to
recruit 10 IS project managers for their manufacturing business, across the UK.
The client retained PPM to select applicants to attend the Project
Management Assessment Centre |
|
After advertising in the Sunday Times and on our website
we had 308 responses. We then selected the best 60 to interview. Once we had completed
this exercise we are able to put forward 28 candidates to attend the assessment
centre. |
|
The assessment centre ran for 4 days with 7 candidates seen
each day. The candidates took part in a variety of Project Management exercises
and were interviewed by our client. On day 5 they were scored on each
competency. 13 candidates passed the process and PPM was able to source all 10
vacancies. |
|
The whole process from interviewing the line managers and writing
job specs through to advertising and negotiating offers took a total of 6
weeks. |
